Heathy Body, Healthy Mind 


Over a 3 year period I have been gradually striving towards a plant based diet. It was not an overnight process, it has been a slow progression and adaptation to my diet and routine. Even now I am not too strict on myself when offered a piece of cake or craving veggie pizza (cheese is the hardest thing to cut out completely for me). Everyones diet and choices are different, this page is to demonstrate some delicious vegan meals and promote some balanced, healthy inspiration.  


The healthier we feel in our bodies the healthier and more cleansed we will feel in our minds.
