We have all heard the saying "you are what you eat", well it turns out that this is a scientifically proven fact. This page is new to my site so please be patient for the upcoming content, but, it is one I am very passionate about and eager to share. Diet is a major part of my life, not to diet to loose weight but to eat a healthy balanced diet to reach my maximum potential and fuel my body with the nutrients it needs.
